BEGINNER GUIDE
From marketplace link to international parcel.
Understand the purchasing-agent workflow before you commit money or approve a shipment.
Paste or open a product route
A purchasing agent helps you access listings from marketplaces such as Taobao, Weidian and 1688. Start from a live listing, then confirm the seller, variants, domestic delivery and any purchasing restriction shown on the destination page.
Choose the exact variant
Colour names, size labels and batch descriptions can be ambiguous. Match the selected variant to the listing images and leave a concise note only when the platform supports it. Never rely on a familiar size label without measurements.
Pay for the item and domestic delivery
The first payment generally covers the product and delivery to the agent warehouse. It does not represent the final international landed cost. Keep product cost and parcel cost separate in your budget.
Wait for warehouse receipt and inspection
After warehouse receipt, USFans says it inspects the item; current product notices advertise 3–7 free HD QC photos. Review them as soon as they appear.
Approve, return or hold
Use the available evidence before the seller return window closes. A photo can reveal visible problems, but not long-term durability, exact composition, fit on your body or authenticity.
Build and submit the parcel
Combine suitable items, choose packaging, compare available routes and review chargeable weight. Route availability, restrictions, insurance choices, customs treatment and delivery estimates can vary by destination and parcel contents.
TAOBAO · WEIDIAN · 1688
Taobao, Weidian or 1688? Read the Link Before You Buy
Taobao
A broad consumer marketplace with extensive choice. Read variant menus and seller information carefully; image-led listings may not make measurements obvious.
Weidian
Common for specialist sellers and product batches. A Weidian URL usually needs to be pasted into an agent so the listing can be translated and purchased.
1688
A wholesale-oriented marketplace where minimum quantities, domestic freight and variant pricing deserve extra attention. Low unit price does not guarantee a low total order cost.
